Due to some unforeseen circumstances I am now looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 3-bed flat until September. The flat is situated in a great location on Albany Road, it is close to shops, restaurants, pubs, takeaways and only a 20-minute walk into the city centre.
The rent is £525 a month (without bills). Approximate monthly costs are as follows: £10 for water, £30 for electricity (in the Winter months), Council Tax £59. Wifi is £12. This is a great deal for the location and the flat is in excellent condition.
The room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and chair, and best of all a large window to let in loads of natural light.
The flat itself is located on the first floor. It has two bathrooms, one larger one with a shower. Then a kitchen/ living area with all the necessary accompaniments. Please see videos and pictures attached.
About the flatmates: Two male young professionals, both working 9-5 jobs. They are great guys, who love going out and a chilled night in. Some of their interests include football, rugby (well all types of sport), keeping fit by going to the gym, playing basketball and squash. They also like to hike and outdoor activities (when the weather heats up). They love to watch films, tv and listen to music. Not only all this, but they love to go to the pub, play some pool and have a few pints. I know choosing flatmates is arguably the most important part of this whole process, but I couldn’t recommend these two highly enough. They are two top blokes who anyone would be lucky to live with.
