Room in a Shared House, Ash Pl, CF5

Double bedroom with walk in wardrobe. Shared house, myself and teenage daughter live here. It’s a big house for just the two of us, renovated family house. I have two friendly Ragdoll house cats that love humans. 
Council Band D. All bills included in rent inc broadband. I work for the Welsh Ambulance Service & spend a lot of time out of the house. You can spend as much time as you like in the living rooms/kitchen, I rarely use them! House is immaculate, I am a clean freak!
My house is located in the popular area of Fairwater, surrounded by local shops, pubs, a Doctors Surgery, dentist, pharmacy, opticians, fields/woodland areas & St Fagans Museum all within walking distance. Bus stop at the end of the street, train station is a 10 mins walk. 20 minutes from city centre.
