Rent: £550 pcm paid in advance (this includes water, council tax (band E), fast broadband, tv license, gas and electricity, and cleaner). 

Deposit is £400, held in a deposit protection scheme.

The house: Two bathrooms - one on each floor; modern kitchen with two fridge freezers, gas hob/oven and lots of equipment; lounge with dining table, 50" TV, and a back yard with shed. You are welcome to use the shed for extra storage if necessary. 

The house is friendly, quiet and kept very clean, with working professionals in their late 20s (two male and one female).

Would suit young professionals or post-graduate students.

House is managed by myself and my partner. We live locally and generally are able to respond to any issues in the house usually very quickly. I am a registered landlord and the house is a licensed HMO.
