I live in a two bedroom house with a spare room available to rent. There are good transport links to the city centre with a regular bus and train routes nearby. There is also an off-street car parking space available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook and dine with. The house also has a good sized living/dining room with a 50 inch 4K TV (complete with Sky, Netflix and Disney Plus) and a recently renovated garden with patio and lawn. The bedroom available has a double-sized day bed with plenty of storage with drawers built into the bed itself and a separate large storage cupboard. The bedroom also comes with a desk and chair. Finally, there is a shared bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower and a downstairs loo too.
Bills are included within the rent and cover electricity, gas, water, council tax (Band D), broadband, TV licence and TV subscriptions.
About me, I'm a clinical scientist working for the NHS at the Heath hospital. I love to keep fit and go to the local crossfit gym and also love to cook, eat out and travel. I'm a social person and enjoy going out for food and drinks but also enjoy a quiet night in too with a film and maybe some board games. I also enjoy having family and friends round to visit, I sometimes dog-sit my parents’ labradoodle from time to time too.
I like to keep the house clean and tidy so would be looking for someone who is similar to me in this respect. Ideally I'd like to live with someone who is also sociable and friendly but who will also be respectful of my home and space.
