Room in a Shared House, St. Fagans Street, CF11

Hi there, my partner and I are looking for a third person to live with us in this beautiful house situated in Grangetown. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is generally very spacious. We are looking for either a young working professional or mature student. (No couples, sorry!)

The rent is £534 excluding council tax (£56 per month) and bills (water, gas, annual TV licence fee comes to approx £54). Internet is included in the rent cost. Deposit of £644 will be required upon signing the contract. 

MOVING IN
Our current housemate Sam will be moving out by mid December so ideally we would have someone move in around this time.

A BIT ABOUT US
I am a dance artist and my partner Martin works as an account manager for a speciality coffee roastery. He works roughly 2 days a week from home, whereas I have more of a routined schedule, going into the work space on weekdays. We enjoy having people over once in a while for dinners but during the week prefer to focus on our busy schedules, so the house is quite tranquil most of the time.

THE HOUSE

• Main Bathroom + Bathroom in the garden shed (includes toilet and shower)
  
• Kitchen fitted with spacious fridge+freezer, dishwasher and washing machine
  
• ⁠Glass box extension (as seen on pictures) is fitted in with tumble dryer, has plenty of storage and is used as our coffee corner
  
• ⁠Living room has a comfy sofa and Sky TV
  
• ⁠House is mostly furnished throughout
  
• ⁠Your room will have a bed + chest of drawers and Sam is happy to discuss arrangements regarding the rest of items as seen on pictures 
  
• ⁠We have a very lovely landlord that is very responsive
  
• ⁠Unfortunately we are no pet and no-smoking household 
  
• ⁠Council tax band D
