THIS COTTAGE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR A 3 MONTH WINTER RENT.
The cottage is suitable for up to six people in three spacious bedrooms, two double rooms and one twin room.
As the name suggests Station Hall was originally the station house for Cilgerran Railway Station. Built in 1877 from traditional local welsh slate the cottage performed the roll of station and village shop for many years. Station Hall was lovingly renovated in 2011 and now opperates as a holiday cottage/long term let.
The features are described as follows:
Kitchen: The sociable open-plan kitchen diner allows you to prepare and enjoy your meals with ease. The fully fitted kitchen comes with the following appliances; Bosch Washing Machine, Hotpoint Tumble Dryer, Hotpoint Fridge, Hotpoint Freezer, Baumatic Dishwasher, Baumatic Gas Hob, Baumatic Fan Assisted Oven, Baumatic High Power Extractor, Toaster and Kettle.
The following utensils are also provided; Plates, Glasses, Mugs, Cutlery, Serving Bowls, Frying Pan and Cooking pots, Cleaning Materials, Basic Condiments, etc.
Breakfast Area: The open-plan kitchen diner provides a great place for you to make breakfast and read the paper in the mornings.
Dinning Area: Eight person dining table, with one high chair (if required), seperate mood lighting and traditional welsh dressing table.
Lounge: The sociable lounge offers a 5 seater brown leather corner sofa, and 3 seater sofa, with coffee table, rug, 32″ LCD TV (with DVD player), and mood lighting.
Masterbed: The master bedroom has a double bed with Emma memory foam materess, double wardrobe, chest of draws, full length mirror, vanity mirror and ensuite shower room.
2nd Bedroom: This Double bedroom includes a double bed with Emma memory foam materess and double wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside tables, chair and travel cot (if required).
3rd Bedroom: The 3rd Bedroom has a full adult size bunk bed, with two silentnight memory foam matteresses, single wardrope, and chest of draws.
Bathroom: The simple designed bathrooms offer spacious shower cubicals and heated towel rails. Baby bath tub (if required).
Garden: The south facing totally enclosed garden provides a safe and private area to relax
BBQ Area: The slate built charcoal BBQ area and patio with awning, table and 6 chairs is a great place to relax outside.
HOT TUB: 6 man luxury hot tub with gazebo.
Broadband: There is 72mb super fast fibre broadband to the property (included in price).
Utilities:
LPG Gas: Tank will be topped up at start of stay, and topped up again on departure. Cost to be paid by tennant @ £0.90 per litre. Estimated £200-£300 p.m
Electricity: Will be recorded at £0.60 per day standing charge, plus £0.35 per KWh.
Water: Fixed £120 for 3 months.
