I have a furnished Large Double Room to let in my large 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home in Carshalton, SM5.

It is a large room with double bed and triple wardrobe offering plenty of clothes storage.

The rent covers all bills and shared use of kitchen, lounge, dining room, conservatory, downstairs shower room, first floor bathroom with roll top bath, and garden. Kitchen has plenty of gadgets for use including an espresso machine, food mixer, microwave and a mini oven that's great for pizza. There's an Alexa in there as well for radio, random questions, recipes and so on. 

Downstairs has a breakfast bar, a sunny conservatory coffee area and a relaxing lounge.  We also have a piano you can play (by agreement!) and you are welcome to borrow any of my books from the bookshelf if you see something you fancy reading.

The rent includes all bills, fast broadband and a flatscreen with communal share of Netflix, Disney and Amazon Prime video. 

Outside is a patio seating area and separate garden seating with shade.

I live here with one other lodger. My teenage daughter is with us every other week (her room upstairs has a private bathroom so no extra queuing for the shower) and you will also be sharing the space with four friendly cats, three siblings who were born here and their aunty. 

I work from home and happy to accommodate fellow home workers.

The house is 10/15min walk to Hackbridge station and a 15/20min walk to Carshalton station. Both connect to London Victoria, Thameslink (Blackfriars / St Pancras), Epsom

There are regular bus services (a few minutes walk away) to Morden, Sutton, Wallingdon, Mitcham, St Helier, Tooting.
