I have a double room in a large bungalow that is HMO licensed by the local authority. 
It is in Broomfield Chelmsford, 5 minute walk from Broomfield hospital. 
 
The room is Currently occupied by a tenant who is moving out next month , so I haven’t been able to get recent pictures of the room, all the rooms are decorated the same and have the same flooring as the pictures above.
All bedroooms have a sink. 

 There’s 3 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bath) and 2 separate toilets with sinks. 

There’s a large kitchen with a breakfast bar, and 2 electric hobs and 2 sinks. Plenty of cupboards for storage.
There a washing machine and a tumble dryer also in the kitchen.

There’s a big drive, enough for 1 car per room.
The house is cleaned weekly ( every where but the bedrooms)
The rent is £600.00 a month includes bills 
We are asking for one months deposit 
A credit check will be done free of charge 

The room will be ready to move in to june 1st
