We also have a four day weekend race  booking already in the calendar if you would like to inherit that booking for races in March.  

The property sleeps up to six  people as there are two reception rooms. One reception rooms has a king sized sofa bed to sleep extra guests.

This very unique detached property is available to utilise short term lets on air Bnb and other short term let platforms etc cThe rent for a business use arrangement is £1950  pcm

We request rent charges of three months in advance for Commerical lets. And a one month deposit. 

Rent includes some bills; WiFi and parking and water bills. You will need to pay for electric, Council tax, and business insurance cover.
