Tenants must be animal friendly as we have 5 animals residents (cats and dog) in our house.

Location:
Please enjoy a peaceful stay at our cosy double bedroom located in Birtley, Gateshead. 3 minutes to A1 motorway by car. 4 minutes drive/30 minutes walk to Angel of the North. 10-15 minutes walk to high street with excellent choice of stores such as Morrisons, Nisa local and Premier convenience store.

Private bedroom:
Your own bedroom consists with a large double-glazed window, a double bed with fresh linen and bedding, a single door wardrobe, a bedside table with table lamp, under-bed storage, a floor sofa chair and a small work desk making the room a cosy resting area and workspace with plenty of storage. Room amenities include towels, hair dryer

Shared living room:
The living area has a 4 seater electric recliner sofa, a small electric fireplace, a 55" smart TV with streaming services available (Youtube, Netflix, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime) and also a coffee table where you can enjoy your meals and some entertainments while planning your adventures

Shared kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a fridge, freezer, gas hobs, microwave, oven and air fryer. It is also equipped with all necessary tablewares and cookware. There is a sink for dish cleaning purposes. Please remember to clean dishes and cookware right after enjoying your meals. Dishwasher is available but please load all used dishes, tablewares and cookwares before starting the washing cycle.

Bathroom:
Your dedicated bathroom is a full bathroom equipped with a shower over the bath, providing shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

General amenities:
Fast WiFi throughout the house, making it ideal for remote working and streaming.
Washing machine, laundry detergent, clothes drying rack are available for guests to use.

Outdoor area:
Fully fenced garden equipped with an outdoor seating and dining area.

Additional features:
Free parking is available on our driveway or on street parking. Coat hanging rack can be provided upon request.

House rules:
Please keep voices down after 11pm to avoid disturbing neighbours as the property is located in a quiet neighbourhood. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our pets and house rules.
