It has a compact bathroom with Edwardian style fixtures and features and a very useful roof vent perfect for keeping the room ventilated when showering. It also has a bath.

Our neighbours are very friendly and Grove lane has a lovely sense of community. If you like outdoor living many country walks are available from the end of Grove lane over the lovely Chigwell countryside. The village shop is a ten minute stroll and many facilities are available at Grange Hill too. 

There is good parking with one space outside the cottage and more space for a second car opposite on the common gravel areas. 

We spent a very happy 22 years at No 3 and are keen to find a tenant who loves the idea of town and country living that this cottage can provide.
