I have a perfect house share for someone who would like to have peace of mind in a nice setting in a quiet road in Chigwell. A large 
spare double bedroom in a two-bedroom house available within 4 minutes walking distance to Grange Hill station (Central Line).
All bills included. Very spacious house shared with live in landlord. 
Please note, the living room is not included as I work from home occasionally and have a desktop setup.
One month’s security deposit & a month's rent would be required initially and then rent would be paid on an agreed date of each calendar month by standing order or cash.
