I have a perfect house share for someone who would like to have peace of mind in a nice setting on a quiet road in Chigwell (road adjacent to Grange Hill underground station - Central Line). I have a large 
spare double bedroom available in a two-bedroom house within 4 minutes walk to Grange Hill station and a 12 minute walk to Hainault station
All bills included. Very spacious house shared with live in homeowner.
Please note, the living room is not included as I work from home occasionally and have a desktop setup.
However, I do go away often so you will practically have most of the house to yourself and if you prefer a quiet household then this is an ideal opportunity.
The house has a garden and there is a car parking space in the driveway.
Five weeks security deposit and one months rent would be required initially and then rent would be paid on an agreed date of each calendar month by standing order or cash.
