Next to the cottage is a bridle path. Wonderful walks, cycling routes, welcoming pubs and lovely scenery are all around.
On the ground floor it has a good sized living room with an open fire, fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom with downstairs loo and a twin bedroom. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other twin, and a bathroom with shower over bath, loo and basin. The garden is south facing with a patio, garden table and barbecue for eating out and is approached by a path which follows through to a further property.
The West Sussex Falconry and South Downs Way are nearby. Goodwood for motor car and horse racing, Cowdray Park for polo, Chichester, Portsmouth for HMS Victory and Gun Wharf quay, Fontwell for racing are a short drive away.
