The entire second floor of our house is available for rent. Please note this is NOT just a bedroom, you will have your very own DOUBLE BEDROOM, BATHROOM and LIVING ROOM. You will be sharing the kitchen.

Me and my wife(Professionals in our 30s) live in the house and we are a fun and chilled couple who have travelled for many years and have settled now. Cleanliness is very important to us and we would be happy to host people who are tidy, respectful and easy going.

The house is in queens hill and very close to retail park facilities(Aldi, sainsburys, bannatyne ,range and a lot more).There is also a co op on the estate. it will take you 15 minutes to drive and 30 minutes on the bus to the city centre. Queens hill is an amazing place to live in and Im sure you will love it just as much as we do.
We have woodlands and beautiful walks next to our house.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED and you will not be paying anything other than the price stated above.
The house has got super fast fibre internet and free parking is available next to the house.
Deposit (900)and two references is needed as well along side a credit report.

We have a toy poodle in the house and I thought its worth letting you know in case you are not a fan of dogs :)
