Hi, I live in the apartment which is situated in Netherne on the Hill, Coulsdon, Surrey. The room is very spacious, with an ensuite and two double built-in wardrobes. Located 20 minutes drive to Gatwick Airport and 10 mins drive to Coulsdon South rail station (access to both Thameslink and Southern Rail services).

The flat has a large living room, with tall windows that look onto the surrounding green. The living room is furnished. The flat has a large kitchen with all appliances. It is a very special apartment in a quiet village, with respectful neighbours.

I work full time and will be working in the city 2-3 days per week. I am looking for a female who also works full time and is a single occupant.

The flat has a secure lobby entrance, roofed parking bay which is off road, access to the gym, swimming pool and tennis courts - all included in the rental. It also has a handy village shop a minute walk away.

Rent: £800 per month + bills. Council tax band: F. References will be required, along with a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent.
