The 6th bed is a sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped with wardrobes, hair dryers and towels as well as linen.

Bathroom

The bathroom includes an overhead shower with a modern panel enclosure and is stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash.

Additional Information:

• A key lockbox is located outside the property for self-check-in/check-out at your convenience.

• An external Doorbell camera is installed for added security and support during check-in/check-out.

• Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted in the property.

• No loud music or neighbour disturbances please.

• A rental agreement must be signed and returned before arrival. Contact the property management company if the agreement is not received on time.

• Guests under 18 must check in with a parent or legal guardian.

• Strictly No-smoking in the property. You may smoke outside the property I.e. in the communal areas such as garden.

• No pets allowed in the premises, with the exception of assistance dogs or unless expressly agreed by Proexperty Stays.

• Cleaning is performed after check-out unless for longer stays where cleaning is carried weekly or bi-weekly depending on length of stay. Additional cleaning can be requested but will incur a charge.
