The house and just undergone a refurbishment so has a new bathroom.  All 4 bedrooms are currently available.  Standard double is £310, large doubles are £330 and the single is £260.  I would prefer students but open to professionals.  Tenants must be very clean and respectful towards each other.

If house is to be rented as a whole house - rent is £1,100.

Water and internet are included.  Gas and electric are on prepayment meters and to be paid for by the tenants.

Parking is free on the road outside the house and no permit is required.

Rooms will be available from the end of July and I am available for viewings most days between 12-4.  Video viewings also available.
