Gas and Electric are paid for in advance on pre-payment meters which is shared by the housemates.  Rent varies between £260 for a single and £350 for the large double.

The house has been newly refurbished with 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen with a dining area.  Kitchen amenities include 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a private garden to the rear, and potentially off road parking on a private drive.

Rent is paid monthly in advance, and a months rent is required as a deposit. A copy of photo ID will also be required.

House would suit a clean and tidy individual, no smokers or pets.  The dog in the garden photos does not live at the house.
