Price is based on someone who works out of the house for 5 days out of 7. If you WFM, the price may increase to take account of the additional utilities’ usage (to be discussed and agreed).
Monthly Fee includes contribution towards Sky Broadband, TV Licence, and other utilities which are metered. Council Tax Band E.
A "Lodger/Licence Agreement" will be put in place (purchased via this site; solicitor-approved).

Would suit someone needing something temporary, also suit a contractor working in the area Mon-Fri room is available 7 days a week.
Minimum Stay of 1 month but short lets considered. Strictly no smoking inside or outside the house. Vaping is fine.
