You will have your own entrance to your self contained area, no sharing of shower, ensuite toilet/shower, small living area. No cooking facilities we are afraid, good for someone that does not cook and lives on take aways or healthy food.

You can only fit a single bed or sofa bed (double) at night and have it as a sofa during the day.

You will have a fridge, microwave and washing machine

It includes electric, gas, internet access and council tax.

Ideal for a single person, and you must be a quiet person who needs somewhere to put their head down !!! Hence the single bed but couples can put in a sofa bed but need to be a quiet couple with no kids - It will be snug and cozy.
