Large comfortable room in beautiful, friendly family home for much reduced rent of £250 per month including council tax and bills, in return for 16-24 hours of practical help per week (simple cooking, driving, shopping, some caring and household duties), paid at £12.50 per hour. We estimate a total of 3 to 4 hours per day, to be spread over 5 or (preferably) 6 days per week.
We would be open to discussing reducing the rent further for the right candidate, particularly if they could offer additional hours (also paid at £12.50 per hour) to help with AirBnB change-overs of a flat that is attached to our house.
Three to six months initially, with the option to extend if mutually agreed. Near Goudhurst.
