Approximately five minutes by car/bus from Cranfield University and the nearest bus stop is just 4 minutes walk away.  The property consists of six recently refurbished bedrooms, four with a full ensuite facilities and in total six separate toilets within the house. The house has a wonderful Open Plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area looking out onto the patio garden, a bar area with original additional fridge facilities and TV lounge area with a large corner sofa. In addition there is a large utility room with additional kitchen units offering extra storage, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. Electricity, gas, tv License fee and fibre high-speed broadband Internet are all included. There is off street parking for up to 3 cars and a garden shed with plenty of space for bikes. New towels, duvet, pillows and bedding are provided at the start of your rental. Please feel free to email questions, we only ask for the holding fee of £150 to secure the room. A deposit of 1 month's rent is required three weeks prior to arrival and rent is paid monthly, one month in advance. All rooms have a desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table as a minimum.
