There are two toilets and one Bath in house. Kitchen, Dinning and bath area will be in sharing. We have a big garden. Kitchen is fitted with Gas burners.There is a parking space in a covered garage for a car.We have high speed fiber broadband included in a rent.The nearby bus stop is a 5 minute walk, bus number 10 (all night service), 20 and 1.The GP is a 2 minute walk away.Broadfield Barton which is a shopping arcade is just a 5 minutes walk away, there are stores of Iceland, Poundland, Superdrug, Convenience store, Chicken and Nonveg shops, Pharmacy and many Restaurants.We are an Indian family and will prefer Asian housemate.
