We  are looking for a professional and decent lodger in a well presented three bed house with a live in landlord. All utilities bills are included.
Easy going house mates welcome. We will provide Double Bed and orthopedic Mattress. There is a huge Wardrobe with big mirrors and plenty of space for your things.
The house is located in Broadfield which is a very quiet residential area in Crawley.
We are using two bedrooms The third one is available for rent. There are two toilets and one Bath in the house. The kitchen, dining and bath area will be shared. We have a big garden. The kitchen is fitted with Gas burners.
There is a parking space in a covered garage for a car.
We have high speed fiber broadband included in the rent.
The nearby bus stop is a 5 minute walk, bus number 10 (all night service), 20 and 1.
The GP is a 2 minute walk away.
Broadfield Barton which is a shopping arcade is just a 5 minute walk away, there are stores of Iceland, Poundland, Superdrug, Convenience store, Chicken and Meat shops, Pharmacy and many Restaurants.
