Sharing with a small friendly family and a pug. Very comfortable Edwardian property.

We have a large room with 2 x wardrobes and super-king size bed. The room is big enough to accommodate further items such as - desk, draws. We could also remove the furniture if you would prefer.

The downstairs shower room has been recently renovated which is close to the room to let. There is an additional main bathroom upstairs.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful professional (single occupant only) who is looking for a long term let.

Rent includes - bills and internet.

Three Bridges station is a 12 minute walk away and Crawley town centre around 20 minutes. Manor Royal and Gatwick also very easy to access.

Please note we have a celiac who lives at the house, so someone who is understanding of this is necessary. For instance any gluten is to be handled carefully to avoid contamination etc.

The rent is £750 a month with a month upfront deposit.
