The studio room benefits from:An en-suite with toilet, basin and large rainfall shower. The bathroom also comes fully furnished with bathroom accessories such as a mirror, towel rail, toilet roll holder etc.
Beautifully designed kitchenette with full size fridge freezer and combination microwave oven with grill and defrost options to provide full cooking capabilities. We also provide a kettle and toaster.
All 4 windows have both blackout blinds and thermal curtains to keep the room cosy and warm. The ability to completely block out daylight comes as a standard in all of our properties in order to make sure the room is adaptable to all schedules.
Storage is a priority for our tenants and so the way we furnish our rooms reflects this. Our ottoman beds lift up in order to utilise the space underneath. Coat hooks, wall-mounted shoe storage boxes and large double wardrobes help to provide lots of space for clothes. A sofa on legs allows the space beneath to be used and a desk built into the chimney alcoves simultaneously lends more space to the room whilst providing an area for a computer, work documents etc. A noticeboard helps to keep important items organised and shelving is provided where possible for further storage. A wall-mounted TV stops space on tables or shelves being unnecessarily used up. The en suite also has two small shelves to provide extra bathroom storage.
Whilst this room is fully self-contained, access is provided to the rest of the house also. This includes use of a large kitchen, dining room and lounge as well as use of all commodities such as dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
The room comes as a fixed price to include all bills, such as council tax, electric, water, gas, and fibre broadband. We do not provide a TV Licence.
We are the landlords and work alongside our property manager to provide a very high level of customer service. We do not charge fees and our deposits are fully refundable at the end of tenancy as long as the room is in a good condition.
