There is communal parking and a small shared sunny patio area. All bills are included (subject to fair use), including super fast broadband. You'll be sharing this flat with one other female so another female would be the current tenants preference. We are looking for a non-smoking, working professional to share this home.
Tenancy can be extended after an initial 6 months.
