A Single person Bedsitter Flat to Let in a Muti-Occuppied-House in the Broadgreen area of Croydon. Please let me stress this accommodation is for one person only. This is the occupancy rate set by the local council for this Bedsitter Flat. This bedsit cannot be shared. The Flat is located in the upper part of the house on the third landing[3 flights of stairs]. The flat is nicely decorated and consists of two rooms and a small hallway. The larger room functions as a bedroom/lounge area and has a large built in wardobe both for hanging cloths and storage shelves.The other room is a Kitchen equipped with a full size Gas Cooker[hob-oven-grill] a large fridge freezer, kitchen sink and cupboards. There are no shared Kitchens in the house. All the kitchen facilities are contained with in your own Flats space. Bathing and toilet facilities are shared in commom with other members of the household. There are toilet and shower facilities adjacent to the flat on the same floor, plus and addition bathroom/toilet on the floor below, this has a full sized bath plus a shower within the bath and hand wash basin. The house is a very short walk to the main road where there is a good mix of local shops and take aways and local Lidl and Tesco express nearby. The local hospital, 2 G.P. Surgery's, Town centre, West and East Croydon Train Stations are all within about 20 mins walk of the house. The main road is served by all the local Bus services. The house is a registeres HMO and is equipped with a Fire Alarm system. Please take into consideration that the other Tenants in the house are all middle aged males in case that is an enviroment you would not feel comfortable in. References will be taken up and anyone without suitable references will not be considered. The rent does not include energy costs so please be aware you will need sufficent income to cover that. The energy use is specific to the bedsit on offer and is under that tenants control of how much they consume. At this time Councl Tax is included in the rent so no additional funds are required for that purpose. From experiance I would say that the incoming tenant would need to have an income of two and half to three times the rental amount to be comfortable in the accommodation. If you are invited to veiw please be on time and if you can't attend please let me know. Flats in this property rarely come up as all past tenants have been long term residents, and most veiwers wish to rent once they have seen the flat. There are no online photos so if you wish to veiw you have to do so in person. I would consider it very helpfull if when requesting a veiwing you could included a little detail about your self. It will save time, and the more detail you supply the more it will increase the opportunity to be offered a veiwing interview.
