You will have complete access to a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, 5 hob gas stove and oven and other appliances. You will have access to shared living room as well.

The property has high-speed internet (500mbps) in case you need to work from home. The room has a small worktable as well. Property also has security system (CCTV and Alarm system) in place. Bills included (Electricity, gas, council tax, water, Broadband, Netflix, cleaning of bathrooms and common areas).

The room is conveniently located to East Croydon (7-10min walk via the Caithness Walk Side Exit), West Croydon (12 mins walk) stations and Selhurst station (15 mins walk) and Gatwick Airport (15 mins from East Croydon). East Croydon offers excellent connectivity to central London ( Victoria- 18mins and London Bridge station- 15min).7-10 mins walk to Lidl, Tesco and Co-op and Whitgift Center. 15-20 min walk to Croydon Restaurant Quarter.
