There is a Co-op, Indian and Chinese takeaway all within a 2 minute walk. There are a number of good local pubs within walking distance. Central Croydon and all of its shops and eateries are a 20 minute walk or short bus ride.
With a 10 minute drive or train ride you can be deep in the Surrey countryside, with hundreds of miles of rural footpaths and country pubs.
