We have a lovely spacious double room available, in Croydon. The house is within four minutes walking distance to West Croydon Station.

Room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a desk.

The room has a shared bathroom with one other tenant.

The house is modern and contemporary, inclusive of a a shared furnished communal and kitchen area, a large garden which has a secure shed for extra storage.

All bills are inclusive (Council tax, gas, electricity and water rates).

Amenities: Washing machine, Dryer, dishwasher and fast WIFI broadband.

Current tenants are all professionals, friendly and sociable.

We also have a weekly complimentary cleaner.

The house is close to excellent transport links. West Croydon Station is a 4 minute walk away and takes 30 minutes to Victoria or take a 10 minute walk to East Croydon and for the fast train into Victoria.
Also for NHS staff, Croydon University Hospital is a 15 minute walk away or roughly 2 stops on the bus.

Whitgift Shopping Centre/bars/restaurants etc (given pandemic we have to adhere to government guidelines). Shops- 5 minute walk from the house.
