Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and drawers and double bed in a 4 bedroom detached house where i live with my dog (i9 year old  border collie). No other people live in the house other than myself.  

Beautiful views from bedroom window overlooking trees and fields with lots of wildlife.  

Located in a quiet no through road with a park at the end.

1 bathroom which needs some modernisation, additional downstairs toilet, garden, off-street parking.  

Use of all kitchen appliances inluding tumble dryer, microwave, double oven and large hob, fridge and freezer and washing machine.

Good transport links to london, croydon and bromley.  Close to amenities.

I would prefer a professional working person, either male or female and don't mind anyone if they do shift work.  I work from home myself regularly so would prefer it if person isn't in the house all day every day.
