The house is currently occupied by two men in their late 50s / early 60s. There are two rooms available to rent, one bigger and one smaller. The rooms include a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. The larger room costs £650 per month and the smaller room costs £550 per month. There is a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and smaller toilet downstairs. There is a small garden. The price includes all bills including wifi.
Please note there will sometimes be a small French bulldog staying in the property so you must be comfortable with dogs / not allergic etc.
