This is a winter let only and must be vacated on 26 April , Double patio doors open to a lawned garden with magnificent views. The sitting/dining room includes a wood burning stove and fitted open plan kitchen with built in cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Cinders has a double bedroom with a TV  and a small second bedroom with a set of bunk beds and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. £1200 per month rental + metered Electricity, use of South Farm wi-fi, use of tennis courts, gym and car parking for 2 cars.

Not included is the electricity, and wood for the wood-burner.

The Property has its own private and self contained garden with garden table, and the most magnificent views to as far as Exmoor This is a winter let only. Accommodation is rented furnished and fully equipped for the period. It is perfect for writers wanting solitude, visiting relatives during cheaper times of year, people working away from home or anyone in between homes because of a house move or relocation to another part of the country.
