I'm looking for someone to take over my last month of an ensuite room in Cumnor. It's a house share with at least 3 months tenancy. I'm very open to negotiating the first month's rent so I don't pay the full rent for an empty room. Rent is £900/month (all bills included – utilities, Wi-Fi, and council tax).
