The house is a shared house, nicely presented with large fitted kitchen with washing Machine, cooker, fridge freezer ( shared by all tenants)

Up staires bathroom fitted with shower, separate bath sink and toilet
No smoking in the house  due fire and smoke alarms fitted throughout the house  all tenants must share rota to keep house clean so looking. For nice polite none racist person that is considerate to others 

All bills included subject to fair use policy set by landlord,,,so may  be subject to surcharge due to ongoing increases of utility prices and excessive use by tenant/s
