Room in a Shared House, Manor Road, RM10

I am a working professional and student looking for one more like-minded individual to share my lovely home with.

The house is based in a friendly neighbourhood with plenty of amenities nearby, and only a 12 minute walk from Dagenham East Station.

There is a shared lounge with a tv and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The garden can be accessed via the dining area.

Upstairs there is the one bathroom and 3 bedrooms. A double room is available as per the images.

All bills are included in the price (gas, water, electricity, broadband).

Note: I would prefer not to have alcohol or pork in the house please, but this can be discussed and I can be flexible.
