Chaytor Court is a quiet location, with the front of the property opening onto a footpath that overlooks the playing field at Longfield School.  Besides Longfield School, there are several primary schools within easy walking distance and a convenience store is nearby. Supermarkets and other amenities are not far away. There is a communal car park, or plenty of on-street parking on Ridgeway and neighbouring roads.
