Tenancy Information
A holding deposit of £400 (£100 per tenant) is payable to reserve the property. This is refundable under certain circumstances. 
A security deposit of £1,000 (£250 per tenant) is payable before the commencement date of the tenancy. This is returnable at the end of the tenancy subject to the tenancy conditions. 
The rent, which equates to £125 per tenant per week, is due in advance and can be paid either monthly or termly, by agreement. A half-rent summer retainer period of up to 2 months per year is potentially available by agreement, subject to non-occupancy during this period.

Guarantors
Each tenant will be required to provide a Guarantor unless they can pass a credit check, reference and affordability check themselves. Their guarantors will be required to pass these checks in their own right. No fees will be charged for these checks.
