This is an upstairs, generously sized double bedroom, located in the middle of the house which shares a bathroom (with room 5 only). Matching stylish furniture which includes a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside drawer unit provide ample storage and the full size double bed allows for additional storage under. A 1200mm wide desk with office chair, large cork board and ethernet point completes the study area. The room has a new uVPC double glazed window with an integral fire escape opener. Everything is provided for a really great shared living experience - that's a combination of a generous private bedroom space with study area along with superb communal cooking, dining & laundry facilities.
All you need to provide is bedding, your own crockery & cutlery (we do have ready made packs available for you to purchase on arrival if required) and of course your personal items.
Food shopping is available from as near as 200M away and larger supermarkets are about a 10 minute walk away.
Once we've given you an induction tour you will get the door PIN codes so you can come and go as you please 24/7. We use a WhatsApp group for general communication but are always on hand to address any day to day living issues (or anything else) that may arise.
You will also receive a personalised welcome pack the day you move in - happy days !
