Although this cottage has a now decommissioned log burner as a feature it has been disconnected so cannot be used. We are considering upgrading this to an electric simulated smoke effect log burner which will look similar but operate on electric. Another consideration would be a new generation clean fuel log burner installed.
There is permission to build a one car off road parking area which if this work is done during your tenancy a 10% reduction in rent will be applied during the works for any inconvenience caused.
