This is a gorgeous penthouse apartment (3rd floor) in Dunstable.

You will have the whole apartment to yourself most of the time. 

The second room with en-suite bathroom I keep for myself when I come to London for work (I'm a movie director). It's usually around one week every month or two. 

Ideally, I'd like to rent the flat to a couple that is looking to stay long term and will make my flat their home. But I'm open to rent it to serious individuals who are happy to take good care of the place. 

I'm just redecorating the tenant's room (the pictures of the room still have the old furniture). I bought a big wardrobe with 2 sliding doors with mirrors and am looking for a new bed. 

I require you to pay the bills (with the exception of Internet, which I will cover because I need high speed connection when I’m there) but I will pay half of them for the time I am there. We will agree how much that is on a case-by-case basis.

Since my schedule is very packed when I'm staying, I need to be able to sleep soundly. This means that, when I am at the property, I need to ask that you keep it quiet at night, please.

I do not rent by week.
