Bathroom with bath and shower. 2 large double bedrooms, one on the ground floor with large bay window, desk, chair, double bed, clothes storage at £350 a month. 
One upstairs large room with single bed , desk, chair and clothes storage also at £350 a month.
The third rental is combined of two smaller rooms: One bedroom with single bed and clothes storage and one room with desk and chair and shelves. The rent for these two rooms together is £325 a month. The house is available from 1st July 24, but we are happy for students who are wanting the house purely for the academic year 24/25 to sign from 1st September 2024 to 30th June 2025.
Bills are not included in the rent.
