The 3 bedroom end-terraced house has recently been fully renovated and decorated to a high standard.

The house is a 5 minute bus ride to Durham Town centre and University and it is located on a quite street. The bus stop is less than a minute walk from the house.

We are looking for two lodgers to share the home with the landlord who uses the single small room whenever they are in town for work. Therefore, you'll mainly be sharing with one other housemate most of the time.

The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with pot & pan set, all cooking utensils, electric cooker & oven, washing machine etc. A beautiful luxury style open plan two reception room that make up the dinning area and entertainment lounge. The bathroom upstairs has a high powered overhead shower in a curved bathtub.
Both rooms that are available have private locks on the door and contain a fully dressed double and a super king sized bed with great wardrobe & storage space.

Lastly there is a good sized fenced garden at the back and plenty free on street parking.

There is also a free monthly clean of the shared areas in the house included in the cost of rent.
