  • We prefer to give our guests space to enjoy the property, however we do live locally, so if necessary, one of the team can attend.

  • Unfortunately our home is not suitable for hen & stag parties or any loud gatherings. We prioritise a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests and our neighbours.

  • Our home is spread out over three floors and stairs must be climbed to access the kitchen/living/dining area. Please consider this if it is a concern.
