A professional, quiet, clean house-share in the centre of Eastbourne town centre, with a stable group of 3 house-sharers (all male).
The location is 5 minutes from the station and 5 minutes from the seafront.

Large attic room with lower work/room dressing area. The room is located on the top floor of the house, next to the bathroom and shower rooms. It is recently refurbished and consists of a small room with built in dressing area with a big window, and desk area. With stairs leading up to a large attic room with lots of storage in the eaves, and a double bed and some furniture. 

The house is fully furnished, cleaned by cleaners twice a month and feels cosy. It has a shared kitchen (gas hob, electric oven) and dining area, and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside there is a decked garden with a large bay tree.

On the top floor is a shower room, and separate bath-room and the house has 2 toilets.

The current tennants in the house have all been there between 2 and 7 years.
On the ground floor a gentleman in his 30's who has the bottom bedroom just inside the front door, he works for the council and plays music in his spare time, on the first floor the bedroom with the bay window to the left of the frint door is another man who works as a chef, and the spare room is on the next floor up opposite the shower room and next to the bath room. The nearest toilet is 2 flights down on the landing.

All the housemates are clean, considerate and polite and are looking for the same with their new housemate.
