We have 2 rooms available, a single room and a double room. Note, the rooms will be cleared for wardrobe space.

We are based in Tolworth. 13min walk from Tolworth Station where trains to Waterloo are every 30 mins. There are other stations within a bus journey away from our place Inc Surbiton, Worcester Park & Epsom all of which have different train routes from Clapham, Wimbledon, Waterloo or Victoria.

It takes around 25 mins to get to Waterloo from Tolworth.

Both rooms are part of a family home. The home owner is a lovely lady looking for a working professional, ideally a woman. 

The home is ideally located for those working at Epsom Hospital.

Aldi is walking distance and Tolworth High Street also has plenty of amenities.

Bathroom and Kitchen are free to use as well as garden space.
