Please note this is a ground floor flat near the river in an old building, therefore the tenant will be responsible for keeping it dry and warm and dealing with any mould that may come from it's location and age. A dehumidifier will be provided and it recommended it is run for at least an hour a day. Also, recent wok has been carried out at the property to address previous damp issues and is still drying out before it is repainted in about one months time. Currently there are night storage in the lounge and bedroom, though new oil filled radiators may be installed around the time of re-painting and the electric meter changes to standard (currently on a key meter and this may change to standard billed electricity.
