Big double room with en-suite available in spacious 2 bed 2 bath apartment.
This is a flat share opportunity, £650 rent and bills included which is split down the middle.
Kitchen and living area furnished. Integrated appliances (oven, fridge freezer, washing machine). My furnishing are a 75’’ tv, corner sofa, PS5, tv unit, coffee table, dining table and chairs, kettle, utensils, microwave. To watch there’s Sky, Netflix, Disney+, Prime and decent WIFI.
A new agreement will need to be drawn and that will need to go through letting agent. 
I work full time and would ideally like someone who has a stable income to move in. Lots of parking around (I do use the car park space). Situated in Exminster, which is a lovely little village just outside of Exeter.
No pets allowed unfortunately and not suitable for couples.
I would like someone who is mindful of neighbours as I do live above an elderly lady, but I don’t have anyone above. Everyone living in the block are lovely and friendly.
