I have a spacious 5 bedroom detached house in a pleasant rural village.
It is my home and this advert is for a housemate to rent a room and use of my home under the rent a room agreement. 

The house is an easy 1 minute walk to an excellent local shop.
The village pub is also just a short walk away (they do a great carvery).
There is ample off-road parking and The house is on the 2L bus routes from Birmingham to Hereford & Ludlow Via Bewdley and Kidderminster.
With open countryside to the rear there are some lovely country walks right on the doorstep.

The room is a fully furnished double room, with a pleasant view from the south facing window to the rear, and not overlooked by road or other properties. There is free WiFi broadband access and a freeview TV. Two large double walk in wardrobes should provide ample storage.

The Bathroom with shower over a full size bath.  (There is another bathroom which will hopefully be renovated in the future)

Downstairs is a large fully equipped shared Kitchen. There is a separate utility & laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Three shared reception rooms; living room, conservatory overlooking a modest private garden and  dining room, and also a downstairs cloakroom WC.

There is a large double garage with room for additional storage and could also easily make room for another motorcycle. There is also ample off road parking on the drive.

My current housemate has been here for 3 years and become a really good friend, but has decided to move in with his girlfriend.

I'd really like to find someone who will become part of the family and feel at home. I only let the one room so there is plenty of space to be on our own too. It is also nice to have spare rooms for vistors to stay from time to time.
